I’ve been wearing my Pit Vipers mostly for bike rides and doing stuff around the yard, and the lenses have been a nice surprise. They stay clear, even when I’m moving between sun and shade, and they haven’t picked up scratches from getting tossed on the workbench or in my bike bag. The glare is noticeably better than my old pair too. They do get a little smudgy from fingerprints, but a quick wipe with my shirt usually clears them right up. No real complaints from me.

My order showed up later than I thought it would, so that was a little annoying. But the tracking worked the whole time, so I guess shipping wasn’t too bad? The glasses were packed well enough and nothing was broken, which is mostly what matters.

I really wanted to be obsessed with Pit Viper, like genuinely wanted to find a pair and instantly become that cooler, louder version of myself. But the designs are just way too intense for me. Some of them are fun in a chaotic kind of way, but others feel like they’re screaming directly into my soul.

The colors, shapes, and overall vibe are not exactly something I could just throw on for a normal day. I can totally see them working for a ski trip, a costume party, or someone with the confidence of a rock star entering a stadium, but for my everyday style, it’s just too much.

The website was fine to browse, so no major complaints there, but the whole look feels kind of messy and overdone to me. I don’t hate the brand or anything dramatic like that, but it definitely made me realize I am not nearly wild enough to pull these off.

The comfort is decent overall, but the fit wasn’t quite right for me. Compared to similar ones I’ve bought from other brands, this felt a little less true to size. Not terrible, just not as comfortable or well-fitting as I expected...

I thought these were going to be fun at first, but they felt cheap almost right away. After just a few wears, one of the arms got loose, and the lens scratched way too easily. Stuff like this always seems to fall apart faster than you expect. Definitely wasn’t worth the money for me.
